From that simple fact we created a very successful company. When we started in 1996, we began by analyzing our own outsourcing experiences from our years in a Global 500 company. Then we deliberately outsourced a piece of work we could easily have done ourselves and we analyzed that experience. What did we learn? We learned that it's not scary to work with people you know, people with whom you develop a relationship, a sense of continuity and shared goals. We learned that you need to have a sense of complete control and to know that there are things you can do to get what you want. Then we built a company around these insights.

Two Companies, one TeamWe sought out the kind of staff who would integrate immediately into your organization, people with backgrounds in enterprise systems and processes - HR, Finance, IT, and Business Systems. When we start working with you, we begin team-building, just as you would internally. We get to know each other. We build a relationship. You come to view us as co-workers. We show you how to get what you want from us: Ask. We show you that we respond to changing needs constructively, not punitively. We show you that our goal isn't "meeting spec," it's making sure you achieve your goals.

We asked ourselves what to call our culture, our brand. We toyed with "virtual insourcing" … but we called it Partnership.
